1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, and you will receive a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best service for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order or there are issues with the Makhana products you received, we will issue a refund according to the following guidelines:

  • Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Refund for Incorrect Orders: If we have shipped the wrong product, we will arrange for the return of the item and send you the correct product or issue a refund based on your preference.
  • Non-refundable Items: Makhana products and food items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-refundable due to health and safety concerns. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Cancell Order Conditions: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 10 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  • Refund Order Conditions: We offer refund / exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for Makhana products. If you need a different item or size, you will need to return the original product and place a new order. Please follow the refund process for returning products.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted if:

  • The product was opened, used, or tampered with.
  • The product was purchased during a promotional offer or discounted sale (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms).
